In the interest of trying to keep our rides safe as we possibly can, we also have a form for you to fill out that will be available to only our officers that will list your emergency contact phone numbers in the event of an emergency while on a chapter ride.  Please take the time to fill it out with up-to-date contact numbers.

Please note - it is the responsibility of all members to keep track of your mileage after each ride to make sure you are getting credited for the rides that you participate in.  If you reach a point that you are ready for a new mileage rocker, please see Alex or one of the road captains and they will give you a new mileage rocker

Yulee, Saturday June 20.  Meet CD at the Kangaroo gas station on the corner of US90/Beaver and Chaffee Road, kickstands up at 10:00 am.  Take a 71-mile trip to have lunch at Murray’s Grille in Yulee.  There will be 1-stop in Callahan.  

De Leon Springs Park, Sunday June 28.  Meet Deadeye at the Mandarin McD’s, Loretto Rd and San Jose, kickstands up at 8:00 to eat pancakes at the Griddle.  Reservations are made for 11am.  This is a 98-mile ride with 1-stop in Palatka.

Whitey’s, Friday July 3.  Meet Russ at the Kangaroo gas station on the corner of US90/Beaver and Chaffee Road, kickstands up at 10:00 am.  This is a 66-mile ride to Whitey’s Fish Camp in Orange Park.  http://www.whiteysfishcamp.com

Dead Lake, Sunday July 5.  Meet Russ at the Hess Station on US17 Orange Park (north of Kingsley), kickstands up at 9:30 am.  This is a 72-mile ride taking back roads with 1-stop to Linda’s Landing for lunch.

St. George GA, Saturday July 11.  Meet Richard at the Gate Station, Monument Rd near 9A, kickstands up at 9:30.  We'll take some nice roads to skirt around Jacksonville winding up in St. George GA to stop for lunch at the famous Shack by the Track.  This is a 66-mile ride with a stop in Hilliard.  BRING CASH - Shack by the Track takes cash only and there is no ATM in St. George that I know of?  We’re riding into Georgia, remember your helmets. 

GA Rally, Thursday July 16.  Meet Alex at the Kangaroo gas station on the corner of US90/Beaver and Chaffee Road, kickstands up at 6:00 am. Alex is leaving early to beat the heat for the ride up to the Georgia State Rally.  Go to http://www.scrcga.com/ and click on the 2009 button for info on the 2009 rally.

Astor, Sunday, July 19.  Meet Bob ‘Deadeye’ at the Mandarin McD’s, Loretto Rd and San Jose, kickstands up at 9:30 am. Destination is the Blackwater Inn in Astor, a great restaurant on the St. Johns River.  This is a 94 mile ride with a stop after 52 miles. http://www.blackwaterinn.com/  

Mimi’s Café Breakfast, Saturday July 25.  Meet CD at Mimi’s Café’ at 8:30 for breakfast.  Afterwards we’ll take a nice roundabout ride to Bob & Judy (aka (Sparky & Judge) home in Middleburg to celebrate their 50th anniversary.  More info to follow.

Flagler Beach, Saturday August 1.  Meet Scott at the Mandarin McD’s, Loretto Rd and San Jose, kickstands up at 9:30 am.  Take a ride down 13 and then over to beachside for lunch at Fins (formerly Finnegans).  This an 82-mile ride with a 1-stop after 44 miles.  http://finnsflagler.tripod.com/index.html

Barbara Jeans, Palm Valley, Saturday, August 8. Meet David ‘OldNavy’ at the Kangaroo gas station on the corner of US90/Beaver and Chaffee Road, kickstands up at 9:30 am. We’ll take a nice back road ride to Barbara Jeans in Palm Valley. This is a 72 miles ride with a stop after 40 miles. http://www.barbarajeans.com/

Ichetucknee Springs Tubing, Sunday August 9.  Meet Alex at the Kangaroo gas station on the corner of US90/Beaver and Chaffee Road, kickstands up at 7:30 am.  We’ll get the tubes from a vendor on US27, just before the park.  This is a 73 mile ride with a stop after 50 miles.  The vendor will bring the tubes to the park for us.  Email Alex if you are planning to go so we can get a good headcount.  This is a multi-chapter get-together with a picnic in the park afterwards.  More info on the picnic will be emailed at a later date to those who show interest.  http://www.floridastateparks.org/ichetuckneesprings/default.cfm

Terry's Place, Ocala, Sunday, August 16. Meet Bob ‘Deadeye’ at the Mandarin McD’s, Loretto Rd and San Jose, kickstands up at 9:00. We'll take a ride to Ocala for lunch at Terry's Place. This is a 94 mile ride with a stop halfway.

Crescent City, Saturday August 22.  Meet Russ at the the Gate gas station at the US1/CR210 intersection, 9:30 am. Take a nice ride over to Crescent City for a tasty lunch at 3-Bananas.   This is a 66-mile ride with one stop.  BRING CASH – 3-Banannas is cash only.  There is an ATM machine on site but would not want to take the chance of it being out of order.  http://www.3bananas.com/

Palatka, Sunday August 30.  Meet CD at the Mandarin McD’s, Loretto Rd and San Jose, kickstands up at 9:30 am.  Take back roads with us for a 98-mile ride with a stop in Hastings for lunch at San Mateo Seafood.
